Thank you kindly to the following fen for sending postal mail to me February, March, April, May: dine, elayna, james, minoanmiss, and redheadaholic..

An additional shout-out for elayna for the postcard message specific to my primary and forever fandom -- due South -- when she wrote: "I think that if Fraser were ever a superhero, his weapon would be his politeness. It would freeze criminals in their tracks! But what would be his Kryptonite?"

(I already told elayna -- in a postcard back to her -- what is my answer to the Kryptonite question. Readers here, you are encouraged to leave in comments below what you think would be the answer to the Fraser's Kryptonite question. And I'm curious to see if any of your answers will match mine.)

Well the Shipper in me would say his partner Ray would be (see: robin for Batman as precedent), but if I'm thinking not like a shipper...probably abuse? The times I can recall him freezing in due South are moments when he's horrified and heartbroken at the sheer uncaring of a person...

[also, definitely need to get back in the habits of writing letters. It's so much fun to do!]

Oh, LOL, you meant "freezing in place" ! For a moment there I thought of the canon meat-freezer episode and the canon CotW episode.

(And if you're going to get back into letter-writing, you might want to stock up on more postage stamps before the price goes up for the second time this year.)

Lol, yes! Though as I recall Ray got a bit more frozen than Benton did in the meat-freezer.

Oh, what a fun game. Umm...Fraser usually gets tripped up by people's malice while using rules. Criminals or bad guys who use laws and tricks to succeed.

Funny wise though, I love going with his abilities backfiring. Like his licking the wrong thing, like The Duel.
