"Slings & Arrows" fen, what do you think?

Has anyone besides me wondered if the character "Sloan" in "Slings & Arrows" was named for the Canadian rock band "Sloan"? (And btw, several members of the rock band "Sloan" were in an episode of "Twitch City".)

Heh, I never considered that as a possibility! But I knew someone named Sloan growing up, so the band wouldn't have been my first thought upon encountering a character named Sloan.
