Yum! Maple anything! One of my most treasured souvenirs from visiting Canada -- and alas, it is of course a souvenir that gets used up -- is the two types of maple sugar I bought at Ottawa's famous Byward Market when I was in Ottawa to see the Musical Ride a few years ago (and yes, I still have some of that maple sugar, using it sparingly).
