Date: 2023-09-03 09:46 am (UTC)If parents could be bothered to do their fucking jobs, instead of handing their children screens to "keep them busy" (ie keep them from bothering the parents with pesky things like, oh, a need for attention) - there'd be no need for anything like KOSA.
It still boggles my mind that dog groomers & hairstylists are required to have licenses... But you need no such license to become a parent.
