What I've done for More Joy Day:
On Friday:
baked "peanut butter and honey" dessert bars for my co-workers for joyful snacking
and
distributed masks that say "I Love My Library" to proclaim the joy of libraries
and
through Patreon gave money to songwriter-singer Shirley Serban to support her joyful song-parody creativity (note about Shirley Serban: her home-page title actually does contain the word "joy" and you can
click here to go to her home-page, titled "Relyriced Songs to Bring Joy to These Times ).
Saturday:
verushka70 and I had a More Joy Day dinner together, which was joyful for several reasons. There was, of course, that we were celebrating More Joy Day itself by getting together for it, but also we were celebrating the joy that after a house-hunt of several years she had purchased a house this past month and we were having our dinner in that new house. Additionally, for me, it was the joy of the first time since before the pandemic that I was visiting with a friend in their home and the first time since before the pandemic that I was getting to eat a home-cooked meal made by someone else for me as opposed to my own constant cooking for myself since the pandemic.

Books To Prisoners, whose website says: "Books To Prisoners is a Seattle-based nonprofit organization whose mission is to foster a love of reading behind bars, encourage the pursuit of knowledge and self-empowerment, and break the cycle of recidivism. We believe that books are tools for learning and for opening minds to new ideas and possibilities, and engage incarcerated individuals with the benefits of reading by mailing tens of thousands of free books to inmates across the country each year."
