I responded with "Yes, fandom has enriched my life so much: given me a sense of community, widened my circle of friends, sparked my creativity, turned me into a traveller who attends cons and who gets invited to visit fan-friends both in my home country and abroad. (And I embody my fandom love 24/7 with my due South tattoos on both arms from shoulder to wrist.)
