I’m just going to watch from the sidelines as I donated directly to the Hispanic Foundation - actually 3 times as the “confirm donation” interface was confusing! Good to see lots of people are joining in.

I'd really like to support through the event, but as far as I can tell, none of my fandoms were offered. I'll keep looking...

I know -- especially those of us in "older" fandoms are increasingly less likely to find offers in charity auctions. There was a time when I could find about a dozen fen in my fandoms offering fic or art or vids for charity -- in this auction I found two.

On reflection, for charity auctions, I suspect that those of us still active in "legacy" fandoms have graduated to phases of life where we may have a little more money to donate but a lot less time to create fanworks. Market mismatch! :-)
