Bast has contributed so much to fandom: as a writer of fic and as a publisher of zines (DBA Requiem and DBA Ravenshadow). Now I'm boosting this signal to ask fandom to help Bast. She has had a lot of health issues for some time, and now her mother has cancer. They live in a rural area and they depend on their car to transport them to get health care, and now they need to raise money to fix the brakes on that only car.
