there have been some AMAZING photos from protests, this one is darling. There's a great one from an airport protest with a jewish boy on his dad's shoulders holding a protest sign while a muslim girl sits on her dad's shoulders also holding a sign and they smile at each other. It's the little things like that which give me hope.

That pic is from my hometown paper but I missed seeing it there. Do you know the date it appeared so I can go looking for the rest of the article?

I first saw it early on the 31st I think, possibly late 30th in the context of it being taken at a protest in an airport regarding the Muslim ban. It's possible the picture was on the website and not in the paper?

There's been a LOT of great Jewish-Muslim unity type things- the whole idea of a registery and 'othering' of Muslims hits a real cord for Jews, as the dad's sign says, we've seen it before.
