The offer isn't on the site -- that's why you can't find it -- and that's why their post says "to get the half-price deal send us a list". There's no info about when the offer ends because they haven't decided how long to make it -- all they are saying is "ends soon" so that fen are encouraged to avail themselves of the offer promptly.
