Intoabar Ficathon

Year after year I've thought about signing up for the Intoabar Ficathon on Dreamwidth. A few minutes ago I finally signed up for the first time.

Here's how it works: At the sign-up post you name your main character and the fandom, and you name up to four fandoms not related to that one in which you are comfortable creating a fanwork. Then the ficathon mods will assign you a character from one of those other fandoms to meet your character in a bar. You then produce a fanwork from that prompt.

I've written this fic twice (sort of). If I had any faith in my ability to produce something readable I'd dive right in, but ficathons have never been my thing. I'm happy to read and leave encouraging comments, though.
